We released version update 3.0.1 of interactive multitouch software Snowflake Suite.
Customers and Partners can update cost free.
Here’s whats new:

- Added smoother video rendering
- Added settable default sorting layout in Media Viewer
- Added setting to show folder names in Media Viewer
- Added stylus support for N-Trig
- Fixed language support in GMaps
- Fixed issues with email status messages wrongly reported in Media Viewer
- Fixed an issue with aspect ratios when using blocking loading in Media Viewer
- Fixed various issues in Form Editor
- Fixed various issues in Annotation
- Fixed texture bug with certain videos
Updating is a matter of seconds. You can update with ease, using the Auto Updater that comes pre-installed with Snowflake. If you use any custom content, make sure to have a backup and don’t overwrite your custom content while updating.

One of NUITEQ’s customers in the south of Sweden, deployed a 3 multitouch monitor system, running Snowflake Suite, inside a shopping mall.
Its a great example of how Snowflake in combination with multitouch technology can attract both adults and children and stimulate them to engage with digital content using their finger tips.
Clearly people are drawn to this area with the touch screens, which is the affect any shopping mall would want to create, namely the increase of foot traffic in the area.
In the below video you can see how IKEA is using Snowflake Suite as a part of the entertainment experience for visitors.
In addition to corporate presentations, product presentations, creativity and productivity, Snowflake can also be used for entertainment in for example interactive kids corners in retail environments, such as stores and shopping malls but also in waiting areas in public buildings like banks.
5 years ago kids used to play with lego in these kids corners, now and in the future they are playing with interactive touch screens that run Snowflake.
